The block is back. See photo of the cam bore and cam bearing. Everything looks good. I went ahead and sent out the piston for skirt coating (photo). I decided it couldn't hurt given the stress on the piston. The block is going in the hone today for finish bore size.

My thoughts exactly...

I'm interested on how the piston tops will be treated. Too shiny with sharp edges at this point.

Talked to Kevin at Exotic Engines today, he said we may start the engine in about a week and a half. He told me to call Chris Jensen to see what day he will be able to tune the engine on the dyno. Getting close!
