Get a pretty consistant annoying howl from about 70 mph and up, truck is always garaged, seal looks brand new. Any body else get this or have had it :dontknow: Any other fix besides replacing the seal?

Yesterday radiator fluid was leaking from the overflow line next to the cap, so I replaced the cap, still filling the resevior up with coolant, I also bled the coolant by the thermostat housing, still nothing. The engine is heating up past 200, and it never does that. The upper radiator hose is...

What up fellers, figured out what my whinning noise was today. My power steering pump spit fluid all over the engine bay....any suggestions on a new one to get (oem or aftermarket) does it matter? Appreciate some imput:)
